Hand-blown chemistry glass, dimensions variable

Fabrication assistance by Kris Fischer, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of Lethbridge

Each piece of glass holds the volume of a single exhalation of the artist’s breath. The glass pieces were made in a laboratory using traditional chemistry tube blowing techniques – hand cut, heated with a bench torch, and annealed.
